i have already been on family search . org and that has turned up nothing at all i can?t even find records for myself i need a free site not ancestry i just really need help please.

You are just starting your research and the LAST place you start is online???? ancestry/genealogy websites give information about dead people, not living people so you won?t find yourself???.
With FH you start with you n you start at home, speaking to your family and asking to see all he records you already have at home, this is foundation FH work that you need to do before you go anywhere or look for anything outside.
http://familytimeline.webs.com/ page 1 & 2 will get you started and get you back 3-5 generations??.THEN you an go looking online an you will find information s you know what and who you are looking for???????.
